Come and enjoy our Sacred Surround-Sound sessions at one of our venues around or near Staffordshire. All the sound sessions are powerful experiences as the vibration of the gongs create a deep state of meditation with entrainment of brain waves. There is nothing for you to do except sit or recline in comfort and allow the sounds to wash over you or through you. A guided visualisation at the beginning helps aid the relaxation.
